What counts as an LLM SEO tool
LLM SEO means getting large language models to name your business and describe it correctly. If the term is new to you, start with our guide to LLM SEO.
A tool for the job does two things. First it measures. It asks ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and the rest the questions your customers ask, then records what comes back. Then it helps you act. The answers point to pages, facts and sources you can fix.
Plenty of tools only do the first half. You get a chart of mentions and are left to work out the rest. We think that is the weak point to test for.

- Which models does it ask, and how often?
- Does it check whether the answer is true, or only whether you were named?
- Does it show the pages each model used as sources?
- Will it tell you what to fix first?
- Can it track Google rankings in the same account?
- Is the price in pounds, and does it include VAT?
