Choosing who will inject your face is a personal decision. Clients research it hard. They read reviews, compare prices and look for signs of a qualified practitioner. Many now start that research by asking an AI tool.
What the tool says shapes the shortlist. A clinic named in the first answer gets the enquiry. A clinic left out may never hear from that client at all.
Questions clients put to AI
These are typical of what people ask about aesthetics treatments. Yours will mention your own town and treatments.
- Where is the best place for Botox in Cheltenham?
- Which clinics in Glasgow do natural looking lip filler?
- How much does anti-wrinkle treatment cost in Guildford?
- Can you recommend a medical aesthetics clinic in Leeds run by a nurse or doctor?
- Who does skin boosters near Reading, and what are the reviews like?
Treatment matters as much as place. A clinic can be the top name for Botox and missing for filler in the same town.
What makes a clinic easy for AI to recommend
Sources AI already trusts
Search-enabled AI tools draw on review sites, treatment directories, Google Business Profiles and clinic websites. They prefer pages that compare several clinics.
Our study of London dentists gives a sense of scale. Across 1,309 AI answers collected in October 2026, 64% cited a dental directory. Aesthetics is a separate market. Still, AI tools treat directories as a shortcut in any local health and beauty search.
Details that agree
Your clinic name, address, phone number and opening hours should match on every listing. Mismatches make an engine less sure who you are. Old details also get repeated back to clients.
Recent, specific reviews
Reviews that mention the treatment help AI tools connect you to that question. Ask after each follow-up appointment, and reply to each review.
A page per treatment
One long treatments page is hard to match to a narrow question. Give each treatment its own page. Say who carries it out, what it costs, and where. Clear facts about your practitioners matter here, as clients often ask about them.
Where axgeo.ai comes in
Pick the questions that matter to your clinic. axgeo.ai asks them every week on ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Mode. You see whether you were named, how high you came and which clinics were named alongside you.
The answer accuracy check compares every answer with a fact sheet you approve. A wrong price or a practitioner who left last year shows up as an issue. You also get a link to the page that caused it.
Google Business Profile reviews brings your reviews into the same place, with AI drafted replies to edit. The schema generator builds structured data for your treatment pages. Page checks run 59 tests on each page. Rank tracking follows your Google keywords nightly, with the map pack shown.
Each month you get a report with your logo. It covers where you were named, what changed and which fixes are next.
Picking the right plan
A single clinic can start on Local at £99 a month plus VAT. That covers 20 questions a week on four AI tools and 10 Google keywords. Local Plus at £199 adds 40 questions, share of voice and question research from Reddit and Google. That research is handy for finding the treatment questions clients actually ask.
Two clinics fit Local Pro at £299, with all eight AI tools weekly and daily reviews. Groups of three or more clinics should look at Growth at £500 and up. There is no contract on any plan.
