In brief
axgeo.ai is our pick for UK agencies. The Agency plan is £1,499 a month plus VAT for 10 client workspaces, with staff and client logins and monthly reports that carry each client's logo. Growth and Professional suit smaller agencies. Profound, Peec AI, Otterly, the Semrush AI toolkit, SE Ranking and AthenaHQ are the other names agencies tend to shortlist.
Key points
- axgeo.ai's Agency plan gives each client its own workspace, with separate staff and client logins.
- Monthly reports carry the client's logo, so you can send them straight on.
- Every axgeo.ai price is public and in pounds, with no setup fee and no contract.
- Most other GEO tools price in US dollars and show prices before tax.
What an agency needs from a GEO tool
An agency runs the same job for many clients at once. So the tool has to keep each client apart. Clients want to log in and see their own results. And the monthly report has to look like it came from you, with the client's logo on it.
Price matters in a different way too. A per-domain or per-credit bill grows with every client you sign. A single monthly plan price lets you quote a retainer with confidence. If you want to know how to pitch the work, our guide to selling GEO to clients covers it.

What axgeo.ai does that the others do not
These are the parts agencies tell us they care about most.
- Each client sits in its own workspace on the Agency plan. Staff and client logins are separate, so a client sees only their own data.
- Client reports go out monthly with the client's logo on them.
- Answer accuracy breaks each AI answer into claims and grades them against a fact sheet the client approves. It also shows the source pages the engine used, so you know which site to fix.
- Rank tracking runs nightly to position 30, with AI Overviews and the local map pack shown. It covers the UK down to town level.
- Google Business Profile reviews arrive with an AI draft reply. You can tag each one to a campaign or a member of staff.
- The local citations check runs a live audit of name, address and phone details.
- Work management records a baseline for each fix and then the measured outcome. That gives you proof of results for the client.
- Prices are public and in pounds. There is no setup fee and no contract.
Everything else, in the same login
- AI visibility tracking on ChatGPT search, the ChatGPT app, Gemini, the Gemini app, Perplexity, Google AI Mode, Claude and Claude with search.
- A weekly check of Google AI Overviews for your keywords, every Monday.
- Share of voice weighted by position, with a prominence score from 0 to 100 and each competitor's average position.
- Citation and source tracking for the pages each engine cites.
- QA Finder, which pulls real questions from Reddit and Google.
- A page audit of 59 checks in 6 groups, rerun weekly.
- Content packs and topic gaps.
- The entity audit and a schema generator.
- Reddit insights and AI crawler analytics.
- GA4 and Search Console, SEMrush import and a data API on Growth and up.
