You sign up by choosing a plan, filling in a short form and paying through Stripe. Your workspace is then created and you are signed in automatically. After that you sign in with your work email and password, and you can reset the password yourself from the sign-in page.

Choose a plan
Pick a plan on the pricing page or your industry page. The sign-up page shows the plan, its price and what it includes. Use Change plan if you picked the wrong one.

Fill in the form
Enter your name, your practice or business name, your work email and a password of at least 10 characters. Dental plans also ask for your town, and you can add your website.

Pay
Press Continue to payment. You are taken to Stripe Checkout to pay securely.

Wait for your workspace
Keep the tab open after paying. You come back to a page that sets up your workspace. This usually takes 5 to 15 seconds.

Finish set-up
Follow the set-up steps for your new workspace. You are signed in automatically and taken straight to them.
Getting into axgeo.ai takes a plan, a short form and a Stripe payment. After that you sign in with your email and password, and you can reset the password yourself if you forget it.
How to sign up
Sign-up always starts from a plan. Choose one on the pricing page or on your industry page, and the sign-up page opens with that plan already selected. A summary card shows the plan name, the monthly price and what is included. If it isn't the plan you meant, press Change plan.
- Fill in Your name and Practice or business name.
- Choose the Number of sites if you are signing up for the Group plan. Five sites are included, and each extra site is £69 a month plus VAT.
- Enter your Town if you are on a dental plan, so the right local questions are set up for you. County (optional) helps too. Add your site in Website (optional) if you like. You can type it without the https:// part.
- Enter your Work email and a Password of at least 10 characters.
- Press Continue to payment. You are sent to Stripe Checkout to pay.
Payment is processed by Stripe and your card number is never stored by axgeo.ai. The plans are monthly with no contract.
What happens after you pay
Once Stripe confirms your payment, you return to a page headed "Setting up your workspace." It shows three steps, Payment confirmed, Provisioning workspace and Auto sign-in. This usually takes 5 to 15 seconds, so don't close the tab.
When it is done you are signed in automatically and taken to the set-up steps. The onboarding guide explains those. The page tells you that your first results will be ready in about 15 minutes.
You also get a welcome email. Its Open my workspace button signs you in automatically for the next hour. After that, sign in with your email and password as normal.
If the automatic sign-in can't finish, you see a message with a Go to sign in button. Your payment has still gone through. Sign in with the email and password you chose on the sign-up form.
How to sign in
- Go to the sign-in page and enter your Work email and Password.
- Use the eye button in the password box if you want to check what you typed.
- Press Sign in.
You are taken to the first workspace you belong to. If you belong to more than one, switch between them with the workspace name at the top left of the screen. The getting started guide shows where everything else lives.
To sign out, press the round button with your initial at the top right, then press Sign out.
How to reset your password
- Press Forgot password? on the sign-in page.
- Enter your Work email and press Send reset link.
- Open the email called "Reset your axgeo.ai password" and follow the link. It works for 30 minutes.
- Enter your New password on the Set a new password page, and type it again in Confirm new password. It must be at least 8 characters.
- Press Set new password. You are taken back to the sign-in page to sign in with it.
For privacy, the reset page always says "If an account exists" rather than confirming whether an email is registered. If nothing arrives, check your spam folder and that you typed the email you signed up with.
If you were invited by a colleague
When someone adds you on the Members tab, you get an email saying you have been added to their workspace. If you are new to axgeo.ai, it has a link to set your password, and the link works for 7 days. If you already have a login, the email simply asks you to sign in as usual.
Common problems
Invalid email or password
Check the email is the one you signed up or were invited with. If you were invited and never set a password, use the link in your invite email, or press Forgot password? to get a fresh link.
The reset link doesn't work
The page tells you why. "Link has expired" means the 30 minutes are up. "Link already used" means you have already reset the password with it. In both cases, request a new link from Forgot password?.
"Passwords do not match."
The two password boxes on the reset page must be identical. Retype both and try again.
I left checkout by mistake
You see a page saying you backed out at checkout and nothing was charged. Press Back to pricing to choose your plan again. If the form then says a signup is already in progress for your email, wait 15 minutes or finish the earlier checkout.
Something else went wrong after paying
Your payment was successful even if the automatic sign-in failed. Sign in with your email and password. If anything still looks wrong, reply to your confirmation email or write to [email protected] and the team will help. Billing questions are covered in Billing.
